I just don't see myself as a good artist anymore, that drive to draw... It's just gone, like I sustained a major case of artist block and can't recover..

You shouldn't retire. I know I might be late on the subject, but you are really good. Talent doesn't come along all that often and sometimes it is overlooked. You are a great artist. You should just draw for fun, for yourself. Not for everypony here, that will make you feel like you are being timed and put you under a lot more pressure, and that will ultimately drain the fun out of drawing and creation.
